    Summary

    Ash’s digital marketing manager is a critical member of the Ash marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, Hotels, the digital marketing manager is a key player in the execution of digital marketing initiatives across Ash’s portfolio of hotel and restaurant brands including The Siren Hotel, Hotel Peter & Paul, Ulysses, The Dean Hotel, and Ash—Bar.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the digital marketing campaign process across portfolio, F&B, and retail divisions, including paid social campaigns.

    • Working closely with the marketing and revenue teams, measure, analyze, and report effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, continuously making recommendations to improve strategy.

    • Captain SEO strategy and maintenance across all brand channels.

    • Manage the e-mail marketing process, working across the marketing, creative, and property teams to execute seasonal and monthly e-mail campaigns. Own year-over-year database growth and serve as point person for all CRM efforts.

    • Project manage the launch of new hotel and restaurant websites.

    • Own all website and channel updates, ensuring each brand’s latest content and communications are consistent across all channels, from websites to booking engines to OTAs.

    • Working with agencies and property teams, implement the development of new technology, and website features and fixes, across the portfolio’s collection of digital channels and systems.

    • Work with legal teams to ensure compliance across websites and systems, including ADA and privacy compliance.

    • Stay ahead of digital channel developments and services to ensure innovative and competitive knowledge and strategy.

    Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

    • 4+ years experience in digital marketing

    • 2+ years experience in digital marketing within hospitality/hotels highly preferred

    • Experience working with digital agencies

    • Knowledge of CRM and CMS systems

    • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

    Compensation

    The expected pay range for this role is $70,000 – $85,000 annually
